Role Purpose
The People Operations Generalist is integral to cultivating and scaling the HR functions at DualEntry. This role demands proactive involvement in managing employee lifecycle operations and fostering a positive, efficient workplace as the company grows rapidly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage comprehensive employee lifecycle processes end-to-end.
- Ensure accuracy and maintenance of employee data within HRIS, payroll, and internal platforms.
- Develop and manage HR policies, templates, and internal communications.
- Handle employee relations sensitively and professionally, exercising sound judgment.
- Promote an excellent employee experience across all stages of employment.
- Work closely with Finance to coordinate payroll, salary adjustments, and auditing duties.
- Act as the primary contact for staff and management on people-related concerns.
- Coordinate schedules and interviews across multiple hiring managers and stakeholders effectively.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrates exceptional work ethic and initiative.
- Brings 5+ years of experience in HR Business Partner, People Operations, or HR Generalist roles within fast-growing environments.
- Possesses a strong operational mindset with proven ownership of end-to-end HR processes.
- Exhibits high discretion when managing confidential and sensitive information.
- Capable of introducing clarity, structure, and efficient systems amid ambiguity.
- Excellently communicates both verbally and in writing.
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and focused on delivering results.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of U.S. employment laws, payroll processes, and compliance is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
- Equity range: $39,000 to $50,000.
- Annual base salary: $120,000 to $150,000.
- Generous paid time off: 15 days plus 12 public holidays.
