People and Business Manager

Overview

The People and Business Manager position offers a comprehensive leadership role responsible for overseeing critical company functions such as HR, digital engagement, business development, and finance with a salary of ₦500,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and integrate activities across People and Business departments, including recruitment, employee relations, and financial management.
• Formulate and implement strategic plans that are in line with organizational objectives.
• Manage talent acquisition initiatives along with strategies to retain key personnel.
• Identify, analyze and capitalize on new business growth opportunities.
• Maintain and develop productive relationships with key stakeholders.
• Handle budgeting processes, financial forecasting, and prepare comprehensive financial reports.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or closely related discipline; a master's degree is advantageous.
• At least five years of leadership experience spanning multiple organizational functions.
• Deep understanding and practical knowledge of human resources, business development, digital strategy, and financial management.
• Strong leadership qualities paired with exceptional communication and strategic planning skills.
