Pediatrics Consultant

Role Overview

Seeking a dedicated Pediatrics Consultant to deliver outstanding medical care to young patients ranging from newborns to adolescents. The specialist will perform comprehensive health assessments, devise treatment approaches for diverse pediatric conditions, and engage collaboratively with healthcare teams for integrated patient management.

Primary Responsibilities

• Offer expert clinical care to neonates, infants, children, and teens within the hospital setting.
• Conduct detailed physical exams and collect thorough medical histories.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests to assist in accurate diagnoses.
• Formulate effective treatment plans addressing ailments such as respiratory, cardiac, and gastrointestinal disorders.
• Work alongside multidisciplinary professionals to manage complicated pediatric cases effectively.
• Keep current with recent pediatric medical research and clinical practices to enhance patient care quality.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• MS or MD degree in Pediatrics or a comparable certification from an accredited institution.
• Possession of DCH (Diploma in Child Health) or DNB (Diplomate of National Board) qualifications is advantageous but not compulsory.
• Preferably, up to five years’ experience in Nicu/Picu environments, though candidates with no prior experience are also welcome to apply.
