About the Role
GyanSys Inc. is looking for a knowledgeable PDF secureWISE Consultant to join their IT services team in Singapore. This position involves handling secure file transfer solutions and network security to maintain the integrity and availability of organizational data.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, troubleshoot, and support PDF secureWISE or comparable secure file transfer/security platforms, leveraging 4 to 10 years of relevant experience.
- Apply strong expertise in network security, focusing on VPN technologies, firewall management, and secure network connectivity.
- Manage and administrate complex firewall solutions such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA/Firepower, Check Point, or Juniper devices, including policy setup and VPN troubleshooting.
- Utilize an in-depth understanding of IPSec VPN, SSL VPN, Site-to-Site VPN, Remote Access VPN, and network protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, along with routing and switching principles.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities, incident handling, security monitoring, and effective stakeholder communication within ITIL and Agile frameworks to ensure secure, resilient network infrastructure.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proficient experience with PDF secureWISE or similar secure file transfer platforms.
- Robust practical knowledge of VPN technologies and firewall administration.
- Comprehensive understanding of network protocols and routing/switching methodologies.
- Prior work with enterprise-grade security solutions like Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA/Firepower, Check Point, or Juniper firewalls.
