Role Overview

The Partnerships Specialist role, based full-time onsite in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, focuses on building and managing strategic partnerships with NGOs, government bodies, corporations, and community groups to advance the foundation's initiatives. Primary duties include identifying potential collaborators, outreach, organizing and leading meetings, crafting proposals, and negotiating collaboration terms. This position also involves overseeing partnership projects, monitoring deliverables, facilitating continuous communication to ensure program alignment, and preparing reports and presentations. The specialist will support fundraising and donor relations and work jointly with program teams to develop impactful collaborative projects.

Candidate Qualifications

• Proficient in establishing and managing partnerships and relationships with varied stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presentations, negotiations, and interdepartmental coordination.
• Strong analytical abilities to evaluate partnership opportunities, impact assessments, and data-oriented reporting.
• Sales aptitude including pitching projects, proposal development, and supporting fundraising and sponsorship activities.
• Preferred experience in nonprofit, social impact, or community development contexts.
• A bachelor's degree in social sciences, business, development studies, or related disciplines is desirable.
• Capability to work on-site in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, with multitasking and teamwork across diverse groups.
