Key Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strong partnerships by fully understanding partner goals and serving as a reliable consultant, offering aligned solutions that align with Fever's mission and capabilities.
• Manage the entire partner event lifecycle, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure smooth and timely project completion while monitoring progress meticulously.
• Define and track key performance indicators for partners, analyze relevant data, and apply growth strategies. Regularly create performance reports emphasizing successes and areas for optimization.
• Work closely with internal departments to solve issues proactively, craft specific solutions, and maintain high partner satisfaction levels.
• Collect and evaluate feedback from partners to recommend improvements across product offerings, marketing initiatives, and operational procedures.
• Acquire thorough knowledge of Fever’s internal teams and workflows to effectively represent partner interests and contribute meaningfully to company-wide projects.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of two years experience in project management or consulting roles.
• Proficient in English, with additional languages considered advantageous.
• Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder engagement and communication to build and sustain robust professional relationships.
• Highly analytical with a solution-focused approach, excellent organizational skills, and adept at juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-driven and inquisitive, motivated to explore innovations and surpass expectations.
• A team-oriented collaborator who takes ownership and supports colleagues as necessary.
• Strategic mindset capable of utilizing data-driven insights to guide decisions and effectively resolve partnership challenges.
