Responsibilities
- Lead and actively engage on the sales floor by interacting with customers and guiding your team to meet sales goals.
- Collaborate with your team to exceed sales, key performance indicators (KPIs), and profitability objectives through strategic efforts and teamwork.
- Mentor, motivate, and develop a passionate and high-performing sales team committed to the brand’s values.
- Ensure outstanding customer experiences that foster loyalty and excitement for PUMA products.
- Maintain operational excellence, visual merchandising standards, and brand consistency throughout the store.
- Adapt to a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays, to meet business needs.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses 1 to 2 years of leadership experience in retail, preferably within apparel or footwear sectors.
- Natural leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and elevate team performance.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and fostering teamwork.
- Strong decision-making skills, comfortable working under pressure and embracing a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively influence and connect with others.
