About the Role

Join Deutsche Post as a Postman handling parcels and letters in and around Kassel! This is a full-time opportunity offering a secure position with numerous benefits and a supportive team environment.

What We Offer

A collective bargaining hourly wage of €17.92, inclusive of 50% Christmas bonus and, where applicable, a regional labor market allowance.
An additional 50% Christmas bonus paid in November.
Holiday pay up to €332.
Immediate start possible with a full-time schedule of 38.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Delivery of letters and parcels using provided tools and equipment.
Working five days a week between Monday and Saturday.
Handling shipments generally up to 10 kg.
Using company vehicles, including fully electric models, for deliveries.

Requirements

Valid driver's license to operate a car.
Basic conversational ability in German.
Resilience to work outdoors in various weather conditions and willingness to perform physical tasks.
Reliability and a strong work ethic.
