Qualifications and Skills Required

• At least 3 to 5 years experience managing restaurants, cafes, hotels, or similar hospitality outlets.
• Excellent leadership capabilities paired with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial oversight, including budgeting and cost control.
• Customer-centric approach with strong problem resolution skills.
• Capacity to thrive in a busy environment, efficiently handling multiple tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
