Job Overview
Lepharma and Diagnostic Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Order Booker to join our team in Saddar Town, Karachi. This full-time onsite role involves managing orders from retail pharmacies and wholesale shops, maintaining strong communication with clients, and supporting the company's sales operations through timely and accurate order processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct at least 15 visits daily to assigned outlets following the designated beat plan.
- Gather purchase orders via mobile app or order book from retail and wholesale pharmacy customers.
- Inform customers about new product arrivals, ongoing schemes, and trade offers.
- Ensure all collected orders are transmitted to the office or ERP system on the same day.
- Identify and report potential new pharmacy outlets or customers to management.
- Collect payments according to the scheduled finance timelines.
- Monitor competitor products and promotional schemes and report findings.
- Maintain a professional appearance and carry necessary materials such as catalogs and rate lists.
- Report any damaged or returned orders to the Manager promptly.
- Provide a daily summary report of visits to the Manager.
Candidate Requirements
- Education of Matriculation or Intermediate level or higher.
- Prior experience in pharmacy fieldwork is advantageous.
- 1 to 2 years experience as an Order Booker, or in FMCG or pharmaceutical sales is preferred.
- Fresh candidates with strong knowledge of the local market will be considered.
- Thorough understanding of local territory and effective route planning skills.
- Proficiency in Urdu, Sindhi, and Punjabi languages.
- Comfortable with mobile app usage for entering orders promptly.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional in work conduct.
Work Location
Block-D Unit 3, Sarwar Shaheed Road, opposite Karachi Press Club, Saddar, Karachi, Pakistan.
