Dunu Software Solutions LLP is an IT services and consulting firm dedicated to supporting every phase of the IT application lifecycle, ranging from initial analysis through maintenance.

Role and Responsibilities

• Identify and attract qualified consultants for W2 based assignments.
• Locate consultants open to relocating within the United States.
• Engage primarily with experienced consultants, preferably having over 10 years of valid work authorization.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating terms, onboarding, and managing required documentation.
• Effectively prepare and promote consultant resumes tailored to client specifications.
• Manage coordination related to project transfers, H1B visa transfers, and employment paperwork.

Required Skills and Expertise

• In-depth understanding of US IT staffing workflows and full recruitment lifecycle.
• Practical knowledge of tax classifications such as W2, C2C, and 1099 along with compliance requirements.
• Experience with various candidate sourcing methods including job portals and direct screening.
• Familiarity with H1B transfer procedures, I-140, PERM processes, project transition, onboarding steps, and necessary employment documentation.
• Knowledgeable about agreements including Non-Compete Agreements (NCA), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), and employment contracts.
• Strong communication, negotiation abilities, and relationship management skills.
• Capability to thrive in dynamic environments and achieve recruitment goals.
