Operations Manager

Position Overview

Russell Technologies India is seeking an Operations Manager to be based in Jankipuram, Lucknow. This is a full-time role that requires immediate joining for the right candidate.

Primary Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily operational processes efficiently.
• Collaborate seamlessly with internal departments, clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Handle overseas communications and export-related functions.
• Oversee the management of orders, quotations, procurement activities, dispatch, and follow-up procedures to ensure smooth operations.
• Guarantee timely and effective execution of all operational duties.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate or postgraduate with pertinent experience in Operations or Business Management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Supply Chain management, accounting, and reconciliation practices.
• Excellent organizational talents and coordination capabilities.
• Strong proficiency in written and verbal English.
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks while meeting predefined deadlines.
• Effective communication, analytical problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Previous experience in a comparable operational role is advantageous.
