Key Duties
- Accurately prepare and send weekly and monthly invoices aligned with sales orders.
- Keep informed about updates related to service offerings and pricing structures.
- Proactively follow up on overdue payments and manage collection efforts.
- Conduct timely collection calls and address inquiries related to billing efficiently.
