About Tenzo
Tenzo, a product of Inorvia Global Tech Pvt. Ltd., is a technology-powered quick-assistance platform delivering dependable household services such as cleaning, kitchen preparation, utensils care, dusting, and general home help. It utilizes a hub-based verified workforce aiming to make daily house help professional, prompt, and trustworthy.
Role Overview
The Operations Executive ensures smooth daily operations at the hub. Responsibilities include verifying workforce attendance, assigning tasks appropriately, monitoring the start and finish of jobs, and reporting daily progress to supervisors or managers. Additionally, the role involves managing invoice generation and ensuring accurate billing and service records.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operational tasks ensuring seamless execution.
- Coordinate workforce deployment to appropriate jobs and maintain attendance records.
- Monitor job initiation, completion, and maintain service quality standards.
- Handle basic customer queries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and service benchmarks.
- Prepare and share daily status reports with the Hub Supervisor or Manager.
- Assist in training and onboarding new workers for efficient workforce management.
Candidate Profile Requirements
- Up to 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, quick commerce, or food delivery sectors.
- Excellent execution skills combined with strong communication abilities.
- Capability to perform under pressure with a proactive startup mindset.
- Basic analytical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred education: Bachelor’s degree.
- Owning a bike or vehicle is advantageous.
