About the Role

ZEVpoint E-Mobility Private Limited is seeking an Operations Executive with a background in electrical systems to manage customer interactions and coordinate service and installation tasks throughout India. This role involves direct communication with customers and field technicians to ensure effective operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and WhatsApp in a professional and prompt manner.
• Provide remote technical support, offering guidance and troubleshooting for basic electrical and electric vehicle charger issues.
• Support the organization and supervision of on-site service operations as needed.
• Document and update service records, installation reports, and customer communications accurately.
• Collaborate closely with operations and technical teams to deliver a smooth and satisfactory customer experience.

Requirements

Applicants must have a foundational knowledge of electrical systems, paired with strong communication abilities and problem-solving skills to address customer challenges effectively.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 20000 to 23000 INR.
