Role Overview
The Operations Executive will specialize in Address Verification (AV) and Digital Address Verification (DAV) processes. This role requires a detail-focused individual capable of reviewing field verification reports and performing DAV calls to verify candidate addresses. Responsibilities include detecting discrepancies, identifying fraud risks, ensuring accurate case closures, and maintaining quality standards within defined turnaround times.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine and finalize Address Verification cases based on field investigation reports.
- Conduct Digital Address Verification calls to authenticate candidate residency details.
- Spot suspicious activities, inconsistencies, and potential manipulation attempts within cases.
- Escalate cases with identified fraud risks or high severity concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with field staff to obtain further verification when necessary.
- Maintain high-quality closure standards and adhere to established turnaround times for case resolution.
Required Skills and Experience
- Excellent analytical abilities and keen observation skills.
- Strong communication and probing techniques to extract accurate information.
- Meticulous attention to detail combined with sound judgment capabilities.
- Basic proficiency with Excel for data handling.
- Experience in background verification (BGV), know your customer (KYC), fraud detection, verification processes, or banking operations is preferred.
