About the Role

We are seeking a distinguished Operations Director experienced across diverse hospitality sectors, located in the South West, covering Buckinghamshire and Berkshire. Core Responsibilities

Drive consistent revenue growth and enhance operational profitability.
Uncover and develop opportunities to increase sales, customer retention, and client value.
Formulate operational strategies with a strong commercial focus and enforce strict financial controls across all sites.
Inspire and mentor senior operational leaders while fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and employee empowerment.
Design succession plans and nurture future leadership talent within the team.
Champion exceptional guest experiences by promoting service excellence and innovative customer engagement strategies.
Establish and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders, serving as a strategic advisor and ambassador for the organization.
Lead initiatives for client retention by delivering exceptional service and commercial benefit.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Extensive experience in senior operational roles such as Operations Director, Regional Director, Hotel Director, Venue Director, Managing Director, or General Manager within significant hospitality operations.
Strong track record in driving profitable commercial growth.
Competence in managing large, multi-site hospitality environments.
Proven leadership in building high-performing teams and fostering leadership development.
Expertise in delivering outstanding guest and customer experiences.
Experience managing significant profit and loss accounts and operational budgets.
Ability to lead change, business transformation, and growth initiatives effectively.
Skilled in creating and maintaining strong client and stakeholder partnerships.
