Job Overview

As an Operation Executive at Transcentre Logistics based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, you will play a vital role in managing vehicle procurement, logistics coordination, and documentation maintenance essential for smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Source vehicles from transport vendors and negotiate competitive freight charges.
• Generate and distribute Lorry Receipts (LRs) accurately and timely.
• Monitor vehicle movements and keep relevant stakeholders informed with shipment status updates.
• Ensure prompt unloading follow-ups and collection of Proof of Delivery (POD) documents.
• Maintain comprehensive records related to sales and operational activities.
• Onboard new vendors while handling all associated documentation diligently.
• Supervise maintenance of the company’s own vehicle fleet, including checking tyres, batteries, engine oil, and other essentials.
• Oversee the timely renewal and validity of vehicle regulatory documents such as Insurance, Fitness Certificate (FC), Permit, Pollution Under Control (PUC) certificate, and Road Tax.

Additional Information

The monthly salary range for this position is INR 20,000 to INR 30,000.
