Role Overview

We seek a diligent Backend Operations Executive to enhance our sales and operational functions by managing coordination, documentation, invoicing, and customer communications effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee complete backend operations, including order management and documentation.
Respond to incoming customer inquiries and deliver prompt sales assistance.
Generate quotations, sales orders, GST invoices, delivery challans, and other necessary commercial paperwork.
Liaise with Production, Dispatch, Sales, and Accounts teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Conduct follow-ups with customers to collect outstanding payments and maintain Accounts Receivable records.
Accurately maintain customer databases, management information system reports, and operational data.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
Basic knowledge of GST invoicing and commercial documentation procedures.
Strong organizational aptitude with multitasking capabilities.
High accuracy and keen attention to detail.
Capacity to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
