Primary Responsibilities
- Draft sales and purchase contracts following deal summaries.
- Execute contracts by preparing necessary internal and external paperwork and coordinating with relevant parties to ensure shipment compliance with internal standards, operational protocols, and applicable regulations.
- Collaborate with finance and letter of credit (LC) teams to manage and facilitate LC issuance and negotiate terms effectively.
- Track vessel progress and provide updates to concerned stakeholders.
- Issue voyage orders, give documentary instructions, appoint inspection personnel, and notify insurance companies when necessary.
- Verify accuracy of cargo invoices, freight invoices, and cost invoices before forwarding to Management for approval and Finance for payment processing.
- Apply knowledge of derivatives to accurately integrate derivative pricing into invoicing procedures.
- Maintain timely and precise records.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in operations within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
