Position Overview
Join our dynamic Online team responsible for meticulously picking, packing, and preparing grocery orders to maintain the highest quality standards. The role demands reliability, initiative, and a strong team spirit in a fast-paced retail environment.
Work Schedule
- Part-Time: Friday 1:00 pm – 9:30 pm, Saturday 1:00 pm – 9:30 pm
- Full-Time: Sunday to Thursday 1:00 pm – 9:30 pm
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently and accurately picking and packing grocery orders for customers.
- Ensuring selection of fresh and high-quality products for each order.
- Communicating effectively with customers about product substitutions or unavailable items.
- Preparing orders timely for collection or delivery to meet strict deadlines.
- Maintaining exceptional cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards.
- Working closely with the broader store team to provide a seamless online shopping experience.
