OFSAA ERM Technical Consultant (Banking Domain)

Role Overview

This position is for a seasoned OFSAA ERM techno-functional consultant with a stronger emphasis on technical delivery. The role focuses on implementing, improving, and supporting Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications within an enterprise risk management environment.

The consultant will partner with business and technical teams to help ensure the solution aligns with regulatory expectations and operational needs, while supporting optimization across reconciliation and risk-related workflows.

This is an on-site role based in Riyadh. Candidates should be able to join with a maximum notice period of one month.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to expert for OFSAA ERM areas such as Basel, ICAAP, CRA, and reconciliation.
• Assess current OFSAA setups and improve configurations, business rules, and overall application effectiveness.
• Handle data loading and integration work using T2T, Data Transformation (DT), and PLSQL.
• Work with risk, compliance, and business teams to translate regulatory and operational requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Support the reliability, scalability, and ongoing enhancement of OFSAA risk applications.

Required Qualifications

• At least 8 years of practical experience working with OFSAA ERM solutions.
• Very strong communication abilities.
• Deep working knowledge of Basel, ICAAP, CRA, and reconciliation modules.
• Hands-on technical experience with T2T, DT, and PLSQL.
• Solid understanding of enterprise risk management practices in banking and financial services.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders in a large enterprise setup.
