Job Responsibilities
- Enter data as part of preparations for the Eatec Integration system.
- Coordinate with Buyers to oversee and maintain Ariba Catalogues.
- Communicate with vendors to update and ensure accuracy of catalogue information.
- Support Buyers by assisting with spreadsheet management and report generation.
- Ensure data accuracy by liaising with suppliers regarding Ariba catalogue uploads and obtaining precise product specifications for Food & Beverage items.
Job Requirements
- Hold a diploma qualification in any discipline.
- Membership in the Institute of Purchasing and Supply or Institute of Supply Management is preferred.
- At least 2 years of working experience, with supervisory experience being advantageous.
- Exposure to procurement within Hotel, Hospitality, or Retail sectors is a benefit.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and Pivot tables.
- Experience with SAP systems is preferred.
- Basic business acumen and strong numerical reasoning abilities.
