About the Role
Are you someone who thrives on variety and enjoys being the central point that keeps an organization running seamlessly? This Office Manager position based in Taup4 pastoral office offers you the chance to support teams across 42 farms spread throughout the North Island, within the largest group of connected dairy farms in the Southern Hemisphere. Reporting to and collaborating with Operations Managers, Business Managers, analysts, suppliers, farm managers, and farm teams, you'll be a trusted organiser helping keep everything on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate a range of tasks including meetings, travel arrangements, training events, and day-to-day office operations.
- Support training coordination for farm teams by liaising with training providers and maintaining business records and databases.
- Assist with office accounts in cooperation with the Wellington team.
- Create an inviting, professional workplace environment by welcoming visitors, supporting colleagues, and ensuring smooth behind-the-scenes operations.
Candidate Profile
You will be a people-oriented individual who values organisation and professionalism. Experience gained in office administration, reception, customer service, or team coordination roles will help you succeed. You will be adept at managing competing priorities while maintaining a positive, helpful attitude and strong communication skills.

- Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
