Overview
This role supports the real estate team and management in Abu Dhabi by handling administrative duties essential to property transactions and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver day-to-day administrative assistance to the real estate department and senior management.
- Prepare, maintain, and process property-related documents such as contracts, agreements, and reports.
- Handle client communications via phone, email, and meetings, including managing property viewing schedules.
- Support transaction processes including listings, offers, Sales Purchase Agreements (SPAs), Expressions of Interest (EOIs), and closing documents.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with clients, agents, developers, and government bodies to streamline operations.
- Update and maintain CRM databases, client lists, property listings, and sales tracking reports.
- Assist agents with lead tracking, client follow-ups, and pipeline monitoring.
- Administer local real estate portals and platforms such as DARI, TAMM, ADREC, ADM/Municipality systems, as well as popular listing portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.).
Qualifications & Skills
- 1 to 3 years of administrative experience, preferably within real estate.
- Familiarity with Abu Dhabi real estate processes is advantageous.
- Understanding of property documentation, leasing and sales procedures, and relevant portals.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- A Bachelor's degree is favored.
