Role Overview
The Office Administrator will play a pivotal part in managing daily administrative tasks and facilitating smooth communication within the organization and with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling client communication effectively via Calls and WhatsApp.
- Following up persistently on album approvals and any required corrections.
- Coordinating between the designers and clients to facilitate seamless workflows.
- Monitoring and following up on payment collection.
- Maintaining and updating data accurately in Google Sheets and Excel.
- Tracking daily work progress comprehensively.
- Managing team coordination and overseeing task allocations.
- Maintaining records related to parcel dispatch and delivery.
Required Skills
- Basic computer literacy, especially proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong communication abilities in Marathi and Hindi languages.
