As a Nightfill Manager within Woolworths Supermarkets, you will be entrusted with leading your department comprehensively, nurturing a collaborative, adaptable, and high-performing team focused on delivering an excellent shopping experience for customers. Responsibilities

• Lead and organize your team to achieve targeted carton rates and maintain product availability for customers.
• Ensure sustainability goals are met, especially through recycling initiatives.
• Prioritize safety by enforcing proper procedures for both your team and customers.
• Work collaboratively with the store leadership group to foster a positive work environment that supports career progression and customer satisfaction.

Additional Information

Working Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
