Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for guests during night hours
• Handle check-in and check-out for guests arriving late or departing early
• Prepare arrival documents for upcoming days
• Conduct daily closing procedures and prepare financial statements
• Receive and process hotel reservations
• Provide guests with information about the hotel and all available services
• Maintain and update guest information in the computer system
• Communicate all relevant information and events to the morning shift

Candidate Profile

• Enjoy interacting with guests and possess a positive demeanor
• Comfortable working during nighttime hours with a readiness to take responsibility
• Previous experience in similar roles is advantageous
