Role Overview

Bazaarvoice's Network Services team is looking for an analytical and motivated Network Success Manager to join Network Operations.   • Configure and map client syndication settings using internal tools, ensuring accuracy and optimizing content eligibility.
  • Identify and resolve configuration and mapping issues of medium to low complexity through internal systems.
  • Assist with managing work queues during periods of increased workload or critical needs.
  • Maintain operational processes, playbooks, and workflows supporting standard implementation, escalations, and paid Network Services.
  • Lead and complete assigned operational or strategic projects independently and collaboratively.
  • Use strategic tools, ticketing platforms, and operational data to analyze trends, monitor workload, and provide insights for improvements.
  • Advise on non-standard syndication requests within team workflow limits.
  • Collaborate across teams to enhance processes affecting network operations and delivery.
  • Conduct internal training sessions on syndication offerings, process changes, and workflows.
  • Provide hands-on support during client training and issue resolution as needed.

Qualifications and Skills
