Position Overview
ECOM Agroindustrial Corp. Ltd. in Kumasi, Ghana is seeking a National Service Personnel to join the Human Resources team. This full-time, onsite role offers practical exposure to various HR functions, contributing to both individual skill development and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment activities including coordinating interviews.
- Maintain and manage employee records accurately.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires to ensure smooth integration.
- Perform HR data entry and assist with reporting tasks.
- Contribute to training programs and employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide administrative support for HR operations.
- Facilitate communication between staff and HR department.
- Assist with various HR projects and initiatives to support business goals.
