Role Overview
Happiest Minds Technologies is looking for an MS Dynamics 365 Business Central Technical Consultant to work across its locations in India. The role calls for a professional with 6 to 8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV support, customization, and solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming application incidents and service requests by assessing priority and driving timely resolution.
- Collect business needs, translate them into technical solutions, and support the full lifecycle from design through development, testing, and implementation.
- Evaluate the impact of changes, carry out application enhancements and upgrades, and support ongoing system upkeep.
- Share updates on ticket progress, project status, and system health with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain adherence to security controls, audit requirements, backup procedures, and disaster recovery practices.
- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to support development and operational tasks.
- Investigate and fix critical production issues with urgency.
- Record standard practices and contribute ideas that improve processes and increase automation.
Required Skills
- Practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or Dynamics NAV.
- Strong capability in application support, system customization, and integrations.
- Hands-on exposure to databases and solution design.
- Good analytical thinking, troubleshooting ability, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Prior work with Quantios Core Platform.
- Knowledge of C/AL or AL development.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and Microsoft Copilot.
- Exposure to AI-enabled solutions.
