About the Role and Team

We are seeking driven and entrepreneurial individuals to join our Monetization Strategy and Operations (MSO) team to help shape monetization efforts across Southeast Asia. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional leaders to evaluate performance metrics and lead future strategic planning initiatives. The MSO team plays a critical role in delivering insightful data analytics, aligning priorities across teams, and advancing strategic partnerships and new growth projects from ideation to execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design monetization strategies for TikTok and expanding products in Southeast Asian markets by working closely with commercial teams and other stakeholders.
  • Perform comprehensive data analyses utilizing internal information and external sources to identify key business drivers and uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor collaborating with leadership to launch high-impact projects and boost revenue by developing and applying operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Set and manage performance objectives for the monetization team by defining and monitoring key performance indicators to support business expansion.
  • Track and analyze financial results to maintain and ensure the sound financial condition of the business.
  • Oversee periodic performance reviews, reporting, and business cadence management.
  • Refine and improve monetization processes and guidelines as the team scales.
  • Partner effectively with teams across monetization, sales, strategy, international markets, and data to drive analytic projects to completion.
  • Lead cross-market projects within Southeast Asia and internationally, coordinating across multiple functions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mathematics, statistics, data science, business analytics, management, engineering, computer science, or a related quantitative field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in roles such as sales strategy, growth strategy, sales finance, product strategy, consulting, investment banking or other analytically intensive positions; prior involvement in dynamic tech startups, consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity is a plus.
