Role overview

Synergy FM is hiring a Mobile Cleaning Operative to provide cover for holiday and sickness absences across sites in West and North Yorkshire. The role calls for someone who can work without close supervision, maintain a consistently high standard of cleaning, and communicate effectively with both clients and colleagues.

What the job involves

This position focuses on travelling between sites as required to step in when regular cleaners are unavailable. You will be expected to complete cleaning duties to a reliable standard while representing the company professionally at each location.

Working pattern

The post offers a minimum of 37.5 hours per week. Working days are mainly Monday to Friday, with the occasional weekend shift. Shifts are flexible and may be scheduled for mornings or evenings.
