About the role

Johnsons Dry Cleaners, part of Timpson Group Limited, is looking for an energetic and customer-focused person to join the team as a Mobile Branch Colleague. This is a permanent full-time position based around Amesbury, Salisbury, Devizes and the surrounding areas.

The role is suited to someone who has worked in retail or hospitality and wants a fresh challenge in a hands-on, service-led environment. Previous experience is helpful, but full training is provided from day one, so a lack of direct experience is not a barrier.

You will support a range of nearby branches, stepping in to help maintain smooth daily operations when a colleague is absent. This is a mobile position, so a full driving licence and access to transport are required.

Working pattern and pay

This is a 40-hour role across 5 days out of 7, with weekends included. Some overtime may be available once training is complete. Pay starts at £26,520 per year and rises to £26,624 per year after a successful trial period. There is also the opportunity to earn uncapped weekly bonuses.

What you will do

You will help manage the day-to-day running of different branches, providing cover and support wherever needed within your area. The job also includes carrying out one act of kindness each day for a customer or colleague as part of the company culture.

You will be trained thoroughly from your first day and supported to learn the skills needed to do well and build a career within Timpson Group.
