About the Role
We are seeking a meticulous and committed MIS Executive or MIS Manager to join our Ahmedabad office. The ideal candidate will possess proficient skills in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data management, along with strong command of Microsoft Word features such as Mail Merge to facilitate document creation like client letters, notices, and reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile and prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports accurately.
- Maintain and update office databases ensuring data integrity.
- Generate client reports efficiently using Excel and Word applications.
- Execute mail merge operations for producing various official documents.
- Oversee management of office records and ensure their organized maintenance.
- Support daily administrative functions to facilitate office operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel including advanced functions and data handling techniques.
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, particularly Mail Merge feature.
- Basic spoken and written English communication skills are essential.
- Good typing speed paired with accuracy.
- Organized, analytical thinker with attention to detail.
- Trustworthy and eager to learn continuously.
- Graduation required; candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Fresh graduates with excellent Excel skills are also encouraged to apply.
Compensation
Salary will be offered based on the individual's qualifications and prior experience, typically ranging from INR 10,000 to 12,000 per month.
