Role Overview

We are searching for a Middle Creative Producer (Creative Manager) to lead the creation of impactful advertising creatives spanning Meta, TikTok, and Google platforms. Collaborating with the User Acquisition (UA) team, you will ensure delivery of static and video advertisements that meet essential KPIs such as conversion rate (CR), cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS). This role blends hands-on creative execution with AI-assisted workflows and performance evaluation, striving for strategic creative development, faster production cycles, and consistent high-performing assets via rigorous testing and iteration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire creative production cycle for UA campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google, delivering completed assets across multiple products.
  • Convert data-driven insights into detailed briefs that empower creative teams with clarity and room for controlled innovation.
  • Provide constructive, well-founded feedback explaining rationale behind changes to motivate and guide executors effectively.
  • Assist in shaping creative strategies using market analysis tools alongside internal UA reporting.
  • Maintain a comprehensive creative best practices library and supply clear guidelines to freelancers and external agencies.
  • Partner closely with UA specialists to align performance goals with actionable briefs, hypotheses, and creative testing plans.
  • Coordinate with designers, editors, and AI teams to produce assets efficiently at scale.
  • Ensure alignment of priorities and timelines with stakeholders to facilitate smooth production flow and rapid iteration.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in performance marketing creative production focusing on Meta, TikTok, and/or Google advertising platforms.
  • Demonstrable portfolio showcasing high-performing creatives backed by significant user acquisition expenditures.
  • Expertise with AI-driven creative production tools such as Nano Banana, Seedance, Veo, and Kling.
  • Strong understanding of traditional production pipelines for user-generated content (UGC) and AI-enhanced UGC.
  • In-depth knowledge of UA metrics (CR, CPA, ROAS) and their interaction with creative effectiveness.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
