Job Overview
Associazione Minea is seeking an experienced instructor to lead HACCP training courses conducted onsite at the client company's location in Milan. This role involves delivering training focused on workplace safety, specifically the HACCP protocol for food safety management.
Contract and Compensation
The position requires a contractor agreement with a VAT registration (partita IVA). The hourly wage ranges between 15 and 18, adjusted based on the candidate's expertise and experience. Working hours are daytime shifts with flexible scheduling mutually agreed upon between the instructor and the client company. The course schedule will be collaboratively arranged to accommodate both parties' needs.
Location
This role is based in Milan, Italy, and requires proximity for logistical convenience and course continuity.
Responsibilities
- Conduct HACCP training sessions directly at the client company's premises.
- Ensure training content covers workplace safety with an emphasis on managing and controlling food safety risks via HACCP standards.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of HACCP principles and workplace safety regulations, especially relevant to food industry risk management.
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience, preferably with at least 3 years in HACCP-related instruction.
- Residency or domicile in Milan or nearby areas to support course logistics and continuity.
- Preferably, completion of secondary school education (Scuola Secondaria di II livello/Superiori).
- Age range preferred: 20-30 years.
