Merchandising Execution Associate

Role Overview

The Merchandising Execution Associate (MEA) is responsible for ensuring products are properly stocked and presented to deliver an optimal shopping experience for customers, while prioritizing safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement price updates, rotate products, and carry out special projects aimed at enhancing product displays to satisfy both customer needs and supplier expectations.
• Execute merchandising strategies and maintain correct product placement to boost sales.
• Assemble displays and fixtures using basic hand and power tools, including updating display materials, signage, and brochures.
• Collaborate with team members under on-site supervision, providing support across multiple store departments, which involves repetitive physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and operating lifting equipment.
• Develop strong working relationships with store associates and offer excellent service to both internal colleagues and customers.
• Positions available include day shifts and overnight shifts with options for full-time or part-time employment.
