Role Overview
This entry-level administrator position supports the Merchandise Director in coordinating multiple product categories, including footwear, clothing, accessories, and leather goods. The role is primarily based at the head office in Kentish Town, London.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate weekly trade reports detailing performance metrics.
- Track and analyze stock movements and identify best-selling items.
- Collaborate with buyers to ensure accurate critical path details and availability of business information.
- Engage in production planning and forecasting to optimize inventory.
- Compile seasonal analyses to aid selection meetings.
- Prepare detailed and periodic stock and sales reports, providing actionable insights to the team.
- Oversee the seasonal markdown processes to manage pricing adjustments.
- Manage stock commitments ensuring timely deliveries by coordinating with buying teams and warehouses.
- Communicate regularly with warehouses to expedite deliveries and recommend necessary actions.
- Update and manage Weekly Sales, Stock and Intake (WSSI) data.
- Administer purchase orders and maintain line cards to ensure key product lines are adequately stocked.
