Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented MBA Admissions & Community Associate to conduct comprehensive research and tracking within the Indian MBA landscape, ensuring our student community receives accurate and timely information.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor updates regarding CAT exams, MBA admissions processes, business schools, application deadlines, cut-offs, interview shortlists, and results.
• Conduct research and manage data related to MBA institutions covering admission criteria, fee structures, academic programs, placement records, and selection methods.
• Identify and highlight critical MBA-related updates and insights valuable to aspirants.
• Organize and review content and data pertinent to MBA studies and colleges.
• Explore MBA specializations, career trajectories, and student requirements.
• Authenticate information through dependable sources before dissemination.
• Collaborate with content, product, and community teams as needed.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated enthusiasm for the Indian MBA ecosystem.
• Excellent research capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Self-driven with an ability to work independently.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with MBA or CAT preparation is advantageous.

• Employment Type: Full-time.
• Experience Expected: Approximately 2 years.
• Compensation Range: Annual salary between 360,000 to 420,000 INR.
