Narayan Memorial Hospital is a 100-bed multi-speciality healthcare facility located at Marai Chowk, Hajipur, Vaishali, Bihar. The hospital is empanelled under Ayushman Bharat (PM-JAY) and offers an extensive range of medical and surgical services. It boasts two modern operation theatres, ICU, CCU, HDU, emergency care, advanced diagnostics, and well-maintained general and private wards. Staffed by experienced specialists and trained nursing personnel, the hospital is dedicated to providing quality, affordable, patient-focused care around the clock to Hajipur and surrounding regions.

Role and Responsibilities

• Perform daily door-to-door outreach in designated villages and urban locations.
• Identify eligible beneficiaries under Ayushman Bharat (PM-JAY) and inform them about the availability of cashless treatment options.
• Generate patient referrals for various hospital departments such as General Medicine, General Surgery, ICU, HDU, Emergency Care, and other specialties.
• Establish and maintain strong connections with ASHA workers, ANMs, Panchayat members, local clinics, pharmacies, and community influencers.
• Conduct health awareness programs and community meetings to promote healthcare services.
• Support patients and their families in understanding Ayushman Bharat eligibility criteria and admission procedures at the hospital.
• Keep detailed daily logs of field visits, leads generated, and patient referrals.
• Meet monthly goals for referrals and outreach activities.
• Provide daily activity reports to the Marketing Manager.

This position is open to candidates regardless of graduation status.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers an incentive-based remuneration structure, with an approximate annual pay ranging from 100000 to 300000 INR.
