The Role

You will be the inaugural dedicated designer on our marketing team, responsible for establishing and evolving the visual identity of Valence and our AI Coach, Nadia, across all marketing channels. This role involves working closely with the Growth team members, marketing and event leadership, and the commercial organization to deliver sophisticated enterprise-grade creative assets with an AI-centric mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging campaign designs for various channels including paid and unpaid social media, email marketing, paid advertisements, and landing pages.
Develop website prototypes and wireframes, collaborating on their implementation.
Design event materials such as booth layouts, signage, and onsite visuals for conferences, salons, and partner events.
Produce polished client-facing documents like one-pagers, sales enablement collateral, and critical presentations.
Maintain and expand brand consistency by updating brand systems, templates, and guidelines for both Valence and Nadia.
Harness AI tools for rapid prototyping, generating and refining creative imagery, and experimenting with new creative concepts.
Collaborate across marketing, sales, and product teams to translate strategic insights into high-quality, enterprise-ready creative assets, reinforcing Valence’s market leadership.

Candidate Profile

1 to 3 years of design experience, demonstrated through a portfolio showcasing diverse skills; preferable experience within software/SaaS environments or agency settings serving B2B clientele.
Exceptional proficiency in Figma, including components, prototyping, and design system management.
Practical experience in creating polished presentations using Google Slides and/or PowerPoint.
Advanced usage of generative AI within the creative workflow and a strong aptitude for quickly mastering emerging image-generation technologies.
Versatility in designing across multiple platforms such as social media, websites, print/events, and presentations, while managing multiple projects without sacrificing quality.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, receptive to feedback and effective in cross-functional collaboration.
