We are supporting a prominent global music licensing organisation located in Central London in recruiting a Marketing & Communication Executive. This role represents a distinctive chance for a driven marketing expert to completely manage the marketing operations, including content creation, digital marketing campaigns, and event coordination. Collaborating closely with senior leadership, the position plays an integral role in shaping the company's strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across various digital platforms.
• Design digital materials for social media, email campaigns, websites, and presentations utilizing Canva and Adobe tools.
• Assist in the planning and coordination of company events, handling design elements, vendor relationships, and attendee management.
• Execute digital marketing and email promotion strategies to boost event visibility and participation.
• Establish and nurture relationships with stakeholders to uncover stories, news, and opportunities that highlight the company's influence within the music industry.
• Monitor marketing performance metrics and optimize engagement strategies.

Candidate Profile

• At least three years of experience in a versatile marketing position.
• Proactive self-starter capable of independently managing and directing marketing strategies.
• Exceptional organizational talents with the ability to handle numerous deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong skills in written communication and content creation.
• Confident working autonomously.
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Airtable, and WordPress platforms.

Additional Information

The role offers a salary range between £33,000 and £40,000 per annum and is based in a hybrid working model at Central London locations.
