Key Duties
- Ensure customers have confidence in the continual availability of fresh bakery products.
- Keep bakery displays fresh, attractive, and well-stocked throughout trading hours to encourage sales.
- Prepare various bakery items, including bread, rolls, doughnuts, and fruited products, following company specifications using equipment such as provers, ovens, and mixers.
- Deliver exceptional and friendly service that removes barriers and creates meaningful experiences for customers, showcasing traditional baking skills and fresh offerings.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses a friendly, supportive manner and enjoys engaging with customers, consistently striving to exceed their expectations.
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys active work.
- Demonstrates initiative in addressing and resolving customer queries.
- Competent in operating a variety of bakery equipment while adhering to Health & Safety standards.
- Skilled in mixing and molding dough to produce bakery products.
- Flexible in working across various fresh food counters to fully serve customer needs on Market Street.
