About the Role
This position offers a career path within Salesforce Consulting services, where you will assist clients in utilizing Salesforce technology to improve customer experiences, enable lasting change, and achieve measurable outcomes. The role centers on comprehending client challenges and crafting tailored solutions leveraging Salesforce to transform sales, service, and marketing processes by analyzing data trends, managing customer life cycles, fostering online community engagement, boosting employee collaboration, and establishing secure communication with channel partners to align goals and activities.
Responsibilities
- Gathering CRM requirements from clients and business analysts to understand needs.
- Developing robust solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications.
- Meeting project timelines and adhering to development methodologies specific to each project.
- Performing unit tests to ensure application stability and functionality.
- Diagnosing and resolving defects reported by QA or client teams during various software development life cycle stages.
- Documenting technical processes and delivering knowledge transfer or training sessions to Salesforce team members.
- Ensuring non-functional requirements such as security and integrity of Salesforce applications are fulfilled.
Requirements
- Between 6 to 8 years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting Salesforce applications.
- Strong proficiency and understanding of key configuration tools, Apex programming, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- At least one complete Salesforce project development cycle experience.
- Possession of Salesforce Platform Developer and App Builder certifications is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Educational background in BE or B.Tech.
