Manager - Accounts Receivable and Banking

Job Overview

This role involves the comprehensive management of accounts receivable (AR), banking activities, and fund management processes within the organization. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing collections, monitoring receivables, and ensuring smooth cash flow operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end accounts receivable functions and banking operations.
• Closely monitor the collection process and maintain accurate accounts receivables.
• Manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
• Carry out bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports related to banking and AR activities.
• Follow up with payments to ensure timely receipt and resolution of outstanding dues.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal policies.
• Provide necessary support during external and statutory audits.
