Maintenance Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a Maintenance Executive to join our team at Sapphire Foods India Limited based in Mumbai. This role primarily involves maintaining restaurant assets to guarantee smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular preventive maintenance and handle breakdown repairs of restaurant machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and fix issues related to electrical systems, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, and civil infrastructure.
• Work to minimize equipment downtime, ensuring uninterrupted restaurant functionality.
• Liaise with external vendors for maintenance contracts and repair services.
• Keep detailed service documentation and adhere to safety regulations.
• Travel to various restaurant locations when necessary to perform maintenance tasks.

Qualifications and Experience

• Completed ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related technical discipline.
• Preferably 1 to 3 years of prior maintenance experience in a relevant setting.

Additional Information

The monthly salary for this role ranges from INR 14,000 to INR 23,000. This position is based onsite in Mumbai with potential travel to other locations.
