Job description
Role Overview
This role involves inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical, electrical, or software equipment issues to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed diagnostics and troubleshooting by inspecting equipment, conducting tests, and analyzing data to identify root causes of malfunctions.
- Carry out repairs and scheduled maintenance, including replacing defective parts, calibrating systems, and performing preventative upkeep.
- Manage installation processes by unboxing, assembling, configuring, and testing new machinery to ensure it functions safely and correctly.
- Provide technical support and clear communication with customers by explaining issues and solutions effectively and training users on maintenance best practices.
