Maintenance Engineer - Electrical/Electronic

Job Overview

We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer specialized in Electrical/Electronics to join our team at our Khadki, Pune facility. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or BE in Electronics Engineering and 3 to 6 years of experience in the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct both preventive and breakdown maintenance on machinery and equipment to maximize uptime.
• Plan and carry out maintenance tasks along with continuous improvement initiatives.
• Regularly review machine performance to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
• Maintain IMS documentation and ensure adherence to all statutory compliance requirements.
• Oversee maintenance budgets by monitoring expenses related to maintenance activities.
• Manage inventory of maintenance spare parts and coordinate with contractual maintenance personnel.
• Lead implementation of 5S, Kaizen, and TPM methodologies to improve work processes.
• Collaborate closely with production teams to ensure smooth plant operations.

Required Skills

• Proficient in electrical maintenance practices and techniques.
• Skilled in PLC programming and troubleshooting issues effectively.
• Experience with Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) and PCB maintenance.
• Ability to maintain and troubleshoot CNC machinery.
• Strong knowledge of breakdown and preventive maintenance strategies.
• Competency in managing spare parts logistics and inventory controls.
• Familiarity with Integrated Management System documentation standards.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Effective decision-making abilities, team collaboration, and time management skills.
