Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure smooth functioning
• Set up machinery according to production requirements
• Pick and assemble semi-finished and finished materials as well as raw auxiliary materials
• Contribute to resolving process disruptions as they occur
• Conduct process checks aligned with quality standards
• Maintain safety, orderliness, and cleanliness in the work environment
• Adhere strictly to company and legal safety and environmental protection regulations
• Assist in training and onboarding new employees

Candidate Profile

• Completed technical vocational training or equivalent extensive experience in production
• Strong technical aptitude
• Proficient in both spoken and written German
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts including Saturdays and Sundays
• Possession of a driving license and own car is advantageous
• Physical stamina to handle job demands
• Independent, precise, and careful work approach
• Good team player
